I just filed my 2018 return and it appears the TT software failed to include my business expenses on Schedule A. My return is now pending. Has anyone experienced this?

The expenses were clearly shown in the software but now are not shown on my actual form 1040. I don't want to have to amend for an error by Turbotax..

In the past, job expenses used to be claimed on federal form 2106 and would be factored into your schedule A. This federal deduction went away as part of the 2018 tax reform. However, some states allow these expenses which is why TurboTax prompted you to enter them. Check your state return to see the deduction.
