Turbotax put wrong amounts on form 4868. Should I send in a paper 4868?

Hi, I e-filed form 4868, but I guess I didn't answer the questions correctly because when I looked at the form after it was submitted, TurboTax put 0 in box 4, the correct amt in box 5 and 0 for balance due. Box 4 amt should have matched box 5, resulting in 0 due. Turbotax didn't give me a preview before submitting. The way the form was filled out looks like I have a 0 tax liability, which is wrong. Extension was accepted. Should I send in a paper 4868 with corrected amounts?

No, you do not have to send in a paper Form 4868.  The error on the e-filed form will not impact your tax return.
