Can i file by mail, but pay at the IRS website? And If I can, do I still need to mail the documents I print out from Turbotax?

Yes, you can mail in your return, but pay the IRS directly (be sure to follow your filing instructions; i.e., mail in your 1040 with accompanying tax documents and forms (W-2s, 1099s, etc.).
