I paid for TURBOTAX ONLINE PREMIER TAX YEAR 2018 PREP in January. Just finished my taxes but no credit appears. It wants me to pay again. No customer support contact info

I need this order applied to my active account I guess? Not sure why it's not showing up in my account as being paid for.
