I worked remotely for the same employer but moved from CA to FL. My W2 only lists the CA address. How do I file for partial year state taxes with only one W2?

I work remotely, as do almost all of the employees in my company.

In June of 2018, I moved from CA to FL but my employer did not update my address so my W2 lists my earnings for the entire year in CA. They will not reissue me a W2.

Am I able to manually enter this W2 as partially in CA and partially in FL without receiving a new W2?

You should enter the W-2 exactly like it is.  You will make the adjustment to California income in the state return section.  As you go through the California part year resident return, you will come to a screen  that says "Did you earn all of your income in California?" (See Screenshot attached.)  Indicate No, and then input the amount of income you earned while a California resident.  You will then be prompted to adjust other income items such as interest and dividends, if applicable.
