I just closed my Intuit Turbotax prepaid debit card account. It had a small remaining balance of $7.00. Will this amount be refunded?

The monthly fee has been deducted, and as far as I know, there are no others due.  I once had my refund loaded onto a NetSpend card, but I don't remember if that was issued by Green Dot.
