I tried to efile both state and federal and was rejected 4 times. I would like to file by mail, but when i try"file by mail" it prints out "thank you for efiling!" HELP!

I am POSITIVE i have the correct AGI from last year.  The only thing I can think of that is different is the PIN number- I didn't realize I have to have the same PIN every year, and I have not the slightest idea what PIN i used last year.

Now that my returns have failed many many times, I want to change my filing type to mail it in.  Unfortunately, I really need the instructions as I'm not sure what to do.  However, after I select "file by mail" and print out the instructions, they all say "thank you for efiling!" with no info on what to send where, and how to send it.  I need help making my turbo tax give my the proper instructions for mail filing.

You can switch to the paper-filing method through October 20 to print and mail your 2018 return by following the TurboTax FAQ below:
