Do I print out PDF files to File-by-Mail?

I would like to “File by Mail”, but there is no “Print” button in “Form Selection” screen (See attached #1).  Clicking “Preview Print Copy” button generates an error (See attached #2) but “Save as PDF” button works.  Do I print out saved PDF files to file by mail which was not what I did in years past?  I did download and install “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” before attempting to file by mail.
