No, you should not include the misc-income from your identify theft in your tax return. 

If you have not reported your identity theft to the IRS you should do so as soon as possible

No, you should not include the misc-income from your identify theft in your tax return. 

If you have not reported your identity theft to the IRS you should do so as soon as possible
