Need help with sold home for loss and repayment of first time home buyer credit

bought home in 2008 and got first time home buyer credit.  husband deceased in 2011 and home was foreclose by bank in 2011.

move out the house after home was foreclose.  however account did not report in 2011 the foreclosure and continue paying my share of the credit until this year.

now when using turbox, discover that it was not correct.  

how do i amend the form 5405 to inform irs that the home was forclosed.

I would recommend contacting the IRS at the First Time Homebuyer Credit number below to see what they would advise you to do in this unique situation: 

If you have questions about your FTHBC account, call the FTHBC toll free number at 1-800-919-0352.
