Can i file only my city of Detroit non resident taxes with turbotax?

I already filed my state and federal returns and forgot I had to do a city of Detroit non resident return.  Can I just file a city return only with turbotax?

Can i file only my city of Detroit non resident taxes with turbotax?

UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

Yes - But you will have to print it and mail it in.

To do this, please follow these steps:

If you need to first prepare a Detroit Return:
  1. When you return to TurboTax,you will be on the Tax Home screen.
  2. Scroll down to the 2019 section and click Add a State (at the bottom of the screen).  You won't really be adding a state but it's a way to get back and access your Detroit return.
  3. On the status of your state returns screen, click the Edit box next to Michigan.
  4. On the screen, Your 2019 Michigan taxes are ready for us to check, click the Edit box next to General Info
  5. On the Which Cities Did You Live or Work In? screen, mark the box I need a Detroit City return and mark whether you are filing as a Detroit resident or nonresident.
  6. Click the box at the bottom of the screen, I don't need a Michigan return.  Take me to my City return.
  7. Continue through the screens to populate your Detroit return.

To Print the Detroit return:

  1. In the black bar at the left side of your screen, click on TaxTools > Print Center
  2. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, click Print, save or preview this year's return.
  3. Mark the radio buttons for 2019 Michigan returns and Just my tax return(s)
  4. Click on the View or print forms box.
  5. When the print screen comes up you can select the pages to be printed. [Click the Printer icon at the top right of the black bar at the top.]
