Turbo Tax gave me an refund date of 2/18/19 it is now 1/20/2019 and still nothing

I checked the IRS.Gov page and it just says "We have received your tax return and it is being processed" ... Not sure what exactly this means since its been showing the message for 3 days now.

My family who filed in Feb got their state already. I filed 1/26, got approved 1/28, my estimated date was 2/18 and still nothing. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes, many taxpayers are having the same issue. TurboTax provides estimated dates based upon a processing calendar provided by the IRS.

The IRS recently announced that there may be delays in tax refunds this year due to decreased budgets and staffing and new anti-fraud measures for the IRS processing systems. The delays may result in taxpayers waiting about a week longer than the originally estimated refund dates.
