Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

The date format on my driver's license doesnt match any selections. My format (expiring 03-15-19) doesn't align to options, so my start return was rejected. Help? Thanks!

I'm fairly positive that the format for driver's license issue/expiration dates that doesn't align to what my license shows is what's causing my state return to be rejected.

My format is MM-DD-YY, but the options available in TurboTax are MM-DD-YYY, MM-YYYY, or YYYY.

What should I do?

Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Jonny

It is probably a simple fix.  Try adding "20" before the 19 so that it reads 03-15-2019.
