Maryland state return rejected twice: Part year resident w/ error: "Line 29...Must be equal to Federal Earned Income Credit" - TT is pulling the wrong FEIC amount.

After working through this myself, it appears that something is wrong with the "local tax computation" section of MD 502:

Line 29: Is listed as 1677.  My own calculations show 1752.

5716 (FEIC) x 0.957580 (MIF) = 5474 (Prorated)

5474 x 0.320 = 1752

So while the earned income credit on my federal return is 5,716, the worksheet on my Maryland return shows that turbo tax is using 5,242.  Please help fix this!  Thanks.
