Hello, Im getting married in 2019 and I would like to understand when I should update my tax information (W4) with my employer. Do I need to wait till after I'm married?

Can i change my W4 information at any time during the 2019 year?

If you plan to file jointly in 2019, you can update your form W-4 any time.

your married status will apply for the entire year so there is no reason to delay.
