Florida does not levy a state individual income tax. You do not need to file an income tax return with the state.
The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser by April 1st.
If you do not have tangible personal property to report, choose Skip State in the State Taxes section.
If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608
If you paid for a return that you do not need, contact customer support.

I just saw this when confirming there is no need for us to file in FL. I keep getting the offer in ttax to upgrade to include FL - we have a very small limited consulting biz income but no tangible property to claim and very little for biz expenses in general - you'd think ttax would be smart enough to see nothing to report to FL! I ignore it but how many fall prey to this deceit - If not for the minor biz activity, I'd dump ttax and just file manually, but it does a decent job of figuring the SE due and everything else that's a bit of a pain.
