If the IRS accepts the w-2 s and 1099s after today, will they be deemed late or is the filing date the day I filed with you?

I filed my w-2s and 1099s through Turbo Tax yesterday. The message says the efile request is being processed.  When is the IRS file date: the date I filed with Turbo Tax or the date the IRS aceepts the filings?

They will not be late. The IRS goes by the transmit date (date you E-filed with TurboTax). It equates to having a post office postmark a letter. It's considered filed on time as long as the postmark is the due date.
