Completed my New Jersey Taxes and a flag appeared stating Do not file the return until this calculation is finalized in the upcoming release of Turbo Tax New Jersey.

Turbo Tax was performing an error check on my NJ state tax and indicated.  "Check This Entry" Form 1040P2, Your NJ Tax Return includes retirement income and/or retirement income exclusion which have not been finalized.  Do not file the return until this calculation is finalized in the upcoming release of Turbo Tax New Jersey.  Does this mean that I will be getting an update for my N J Tax in the near future to address this ?

Yes ... the state is not ready yet and updates will happen to make the program fully functional so you must now wait patiently.  In the Online version the updates are automatic ... come back later.
