My taxes was returned twice using online filing. IND-031-04. I opted to print and send the form. Now I want to e-file. But I dont see the option of e-filing again.

IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.
I filed 2016 taxes in 2018. Had audit. Finally returns were accepted. Now I tried to do e-file and it got rejected. I opted to print and send. But I talked to a tax consultant and he said I should just put 0 for AGI.
But I cannot see the option to e-file anymore.
Can someone help me? I am sure I am not using turbotax next year. Its too painful.

If you have already mailed in the return you cannot/ should not also efile the returns ... it will only mess things up and delay things further.

If you have not yet mailed in the return then log in and scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the program and then complete the FILE tab again.

Thanks a ton. I was able to reopen my form. But I have PI pin to include and I do not see option to do that. The error was AGI was incorrect. I filed my 2016 taxes this year. So should I put AGI as zero instead of actuals? Does that make any difference?

If you have an IP PIN, that goes in a special place.......and yes, since you filed 2016 late, you will use zero for 2016 AGI.

The IP PIN goes in first in the Federal section....on the "Other Tax Situations" page....you get to it there either by going thru the interview (if you haven't already)......or if you see the full menu of items on that page it's under the "Other Return Info" subsection.

...then when you go to file, use a zero for the AGI and leave then regular PIN field blank

If you have not mailed 2017 you can try to efile again.  Yes put zero 0 for the AGI since you filed 2016 in 2018.  Your 2016 AGI is not in the right IRS database.

You can try to switch to efile     https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3985787
