If my sister owed money for student loans and she claimed me and my 2 boys can the IRS take my taxes for my sons and myself?

The IRS took my sister's tax return for student loans but she claimed me and my children is there anything I can do?

If my sister owed money for student loans and she claimed me and my 2 boys can the IRS take my taxes for my sons and myself?

If you are being claimed as a dependent on her tax return, then there is nothing you can do to prevent the IRS from seizing her tax refund for the unpaid student loan debt.  As a dependent you do not receive anything based on her tax return.  Any tax refund or taxes owed are all the responsibility of the taxpayer, not the dependent.
