How do you gst someone on the phone they have messed my txs up and sent thm to california

Turbo tax  messed up my taxs i cant get noone on phone as customer support they sent my taxes to california bank i called irs thy said if i cant get help call thm back but i cant get no one on phone plus they dont honor the debit card they provide very bad business

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal tax return?  If so, the third party bank that handles that is the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.  That is why you think it went to California.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction. 

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

It just takes an extra day or so and then SBTPG sends your refund to you.
