I have EIC on my return according to what I have read, because of PATH, the earliest I will see my return is 2/27. But the IRS2Go app says I will see it by 2/22. Will I?

If you are seeing that date when checking your refund status on the IRS's Where's My Refund site; that is the most accurate information and comes directly from the IRS once they approve your refund. So it may very well be possible that they send it on that date, but TurboTax doesn't have access to that information to verify it for you.

Once they accept your return, they no longer provide updates to TurboTax. I'd suggest just keeping an eye out in your bank account or on your Turbo Prepaid card to see if it hits that day.
