If I didn’t file my 1099 last year can I jug add it to my stuff this year?

No, you cannot add Form 1099 Income from 2016 to your 2017 Tax Return.  You cannot combine years when filing taxes.

You will need to amend your 2016 Tax Return to include the 1099 income that was left off.
