Do I have to file a state tax return with Missouri if I received a 1099-r from a public retirement plan in Missouri, but live in Maryland?

No, retirement income is only taxed/reported to your resident state regardless of the source or where you worked when you contributed to the plan.  You would only have to file in Maryland

No, retirement income is only taxed/reported to your resident state regardless of the source or where you worked when you contributed to the plan.  You would only have to file in Maryland
