On my 1099-Misc other income is $0.00 and non-employee compensation is another amount, the system won't let me go further

When entering your Form 1099-MISC you should delete any entry you might have in box 3, for other income.  Do not enter the zero. Enter only the amount in box 7, for Nonemployee Compensation.  This is your self employment income and you should be able to continue in the system.  

• Select Federal, left > Search (upper right) for 1099misc > Jump to 1099misc
• Click the images attached to enlarge and view for assistance.

If you continue to have difficulty you can remove/delete the 1099,  then enter the income by selecting the "Additional Income and Other Income".
