Then you will indicate that you have employer sponsored health insurance when the program asks and move forward. Your employer will provide you with a form 1095-C as your proof however there isn't anything that you need to enter into the program. If you held health insurance on your own, you will receive a form 1095-b and again there isn't anything that you will need to add to the program. Only forms 1095-A needed to be entered. Please see the below for more information:
