My tax return was accepted by the IRS through TurboTax, but IRS still hasn’t received it according to their website.

As long as you got notice that your return was accepted, you're fine. No information on the IRS tracker usually means that your return is still waiting to process. Continue to check the website daily for updates-as soon as there is new information available on your refund, it will be posted there.

Ok then I'm not the only one experiencing this exact same problem. Supposedly mine was accepted since the 29th according to TurboTax but been checking irs website where's my refund tool everyday since the 3rd of Feb for any updates and still to this day 2-17-18 12:40a.m irs website says they haven't received it yet nor have I gotten an email from them but I did get it from turbo tax

It's been more then 21 days, we got our state in a couple weeks but still not fed.

A friend said if you have child tax credit it is delayed, however not typically past the 21 day marker, unless you file a new child. I was also told that the IRS sight is messed up, reading "No information at this time" for most people. This is all hearsay though, so I am not for sure how accurate this is. We are going to call tomorrow to see what is going on, I will update then.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was accepted on the 5th of February and the IRS website just says it has no record of it. Was getting worried.

Hey I’m having the same Problem I did my tax on the 15 of this month and turbo said it was accepted but when I check where is my refund it say wait 24 hours

I'm going through the same thing. turbo is saying I been accepted and I should have my money by the 22nd of February and I did mines on the 1st of February. everyone else can see when there money coming but I can not.

I filed mine on 1/29 and my no Matthew how I called the automated system or check status online or through the app, it’s basically all saying the same thing, that there’s no information available. I spoke with IRS customer service yesterday and they said they don’t see where I filed my taxes and I need to do it.  I called my tax preparer who’s saying they submitted everyone’s taxes at the end of the day.  They’re currently investigating it so I’m waiting to hear back from them if they had gotten an accepted confirmation from IRS.

My federal and state have been accepted since jan 31st. I recieved my state taxes a week later. Still havent recieved an update, ddd, or anything for federal. My transcript says not recieved still. My bars disappeared on wmr for about a week now and says it will be updated when approved. I have no offsets or anything. I did clain ACTC but not EITC. Other people I know that filed later than me with both credits, at least have direct deposit dates or can order heir transcripts. Ive never waited this long to be approved. Even last year i got  approved in a week and my federal around Feb 15

Your situation filing date, receipt of state refund and ACTC are exactly the same! I called the IRS helpline and hey said no record of my return at all!
