What is the product download issue that Support is telling me will cost $250 to fix?
I purchased, 10/23/2016, a 3 year support package including Quicken until 2020 and TurboTax through 2017. Recently, I’m told TurboTax will not download due a software issue that will involve another company and additional cost, $250.00, to fix so it will download.
This is unacceptable.
Every time I call Support to activate a purchased service I’m subjected to “up-selling” for one reason or another.
I would like an explanation and the delivery of the services purchased.
