Where do i enter voluntary payroll adjustments from w-2s?

i have two pre-tax voluntary deductions one is medical and the other is dental. The difference is roughly two thousand dollars more then my current wage.

The medical and dental "pre-tax" deductions from your pay are not entered on your tax return.  The employer reduces your taxable gross wages in box 1, by these amounts because you are using a qualified plan that allows you to contribute these funds tax free.  Because you are not paying tax on these earnings, then you cannot use them as deductions.
