Do I have to setup direct deposit for my refund to be added to my prepaid turbo card?

It has the option to setup direct deposit for your refund to be sent to you earlier, but what if I don’t setup direct deposit, will I still get my refund added to that card OR am I REQUIRED to setup direct deposit?

If you select the prepaid card option, your refund is automatically placed on in. You would not be required to set up direct deposit.

No, that's not what happened when I received my Turbo prepaid card. The balance was showing $0.00 and when I spoke to customer representative, he said a monthly maintenance charge of $4.95 will be charged. This is ridiculous.
