I know my windows qualify for energy star window for energy improvements but all that comes up in your form is solar energy installs or hot water heaters

Your forms are not allowing me to enter tax credits for energy improvements such as window replacements that meet the energy star guidelines

The credits for energy efficient windows has expired (2016).

All that is left is federal tax credits for energy efficiency improvements for solar energy systems (solar water heaters and solar panels). These federal tax credits remain in effect through December 2021. For more information on solar energy systems, see below.

You may be eligible for additional tax credits or rebates in your region. Contact your local utilities company to find out, or visit dsireusa.org to search the DSIRE Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency®

The tax credit for energy efficient windows expired in 2016.  There is no longer a credit for that for your 2017 tax return.

Dang...that's what I was about to indicate as I looked it up....there was a tax extenders bill that "might" allow it late, but it hasn't been passed, and may never be...
