why does my account said state forms not ready

Not all forms have been finalized yet and therefore it will tell you that they are not yet ready. Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for the State Forms Availability Table to see when your state forms will be available. You can also click on Review on the left-hand side of your TurboTax Online screen and your forms and dates available will be displayed. Along with a link that will allow you to get email notifications and updates on your forms availability.
