I AM PAYING CHILD SUPPORT SO CAN I PUT THAT AS SUPPORTING SOMEONE??

Does paying child support count as supporting someone

No.  Child support is not deductible, and does not qualify you to claim the child as your dependent.  The custodial parent can claim the child.
