Reopen xxxxxxxxx Support Ticket. I think I asked for and received the wrong product. I wanted home and business and got something unfamiliar.

Turbo Tax BUsiness for windows is what I received but, I think I need Home and Business.  Sole Pro is my business type.

Reopen xxxxxxxxx Support Ticket. I think I asked for and received the wrong product. I wanted home and business and got something unfamiliar.

FIRST ... put in for a refund of the program you do not need ....

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed (or Guaranteed Easy) policy says that if you're not satisfied with your TurboTax software, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (see the Intuit Software End User License Agreement for the fine print, about 2/3 of the way down the page - Section B, Additional Terms and Conditions, point #6).

To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form.


NEXT:   

Buy the correct downloaded version ... if you don't have a state return you can use any of the programs... if you need to file a state deluxe or better is what you need ... https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Did you get the Business program?  Yes that would be wrong.  You need Home & Business.   Call them again,
