Sorry but Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. You can try to switch to efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3985787

Did you efile?  Was it accepted?  First double check the status of your return here

You can check your refund status at Where's My Refund. This is for your Federal Return.

OR when you log in does your Account say READY TO MAIL?

Yes it says ready to mail, but when I tried to look up my refund in my current e-file status it stated no results
