Why can't I pay for the Plus Bundle in TurboTax Online from my cell phone?
We are currently experiencing an issue where customers are encountering a loop when trying to pay for their TurboTax Online upgrade.
Who is Affected?
If you meet all the following you may be affected by this issue:
- You are attempting to download your prior year tax return
- You filed using TurboTax Online Free last year
- You filed using TurboTax Online Free this year
- You are trying to pay for your TurboTax Online upgrade to gain access to last year's return
