Why can't I pay for the Plus Bundle in TurboTax Online from my cell phone?

We are currently experiencing an issue where customers are encountering a loop when trying to pay for their TurboTax Online upgrade.



Who is Affected?

If you meet all the following you may be affected by this issue:

  1. You are attempting to download your prior year tax return
  2. You filed using TurboTax Online Free last year
  3. You filed using TurboTax Online Free this year
  4. You are trying to pay for your TurboTax Online upgrade to gain access to last year's return
