Why does TurboTax keep asking me to log in when I try to continue my tax return?
We were experiencing an issue where some customers are being asked to log in repeatedly when they attempt to continue their tax return in TurboTax Online. When customers log into My TurboTax and click continue, or select a TurboTax product to start a return they are continuously asked to log in again.
This issue has been fixed in an update to TurboTax Online on August 16th 2017. Customers are not required to complete any steps, this update will be applied automatically.
