Why am I not able to move on to step 3 to file my taxes in TurboTax Online?

Some customers experience a loop after they enter their credit card or direct deposit information to either pay their taxes or receive their tax refunds in step 2. 


If you are experiencing this issue please complete this workaround:

  1.  Click revisit in step 2
  2.  Select Pay by Check or Paper Check (if you are due a refund)
  3.  Click Continue
  4.  Click Continue
  5.  Start Step 3
