Why am I unable to enter my routing number for direct debit when it starts with a zero?
Some TurboTax users who are trying to set up payments for their taxes due as installment payments, are currently experiencing an error that states "Invalid bank routing number".
The error occurs when the user is entering a routing number that starts with a zero for their account when selecting to use direct debit.
