Why didnt Minnesota get my tax payment

T thought my taxes owed to Minnesota was to be paid from my bank account but it wasn't.  What?  I don't want an answer from the community. I want an answer from turbo tax

Most states don't begin processing state returns until after the federal return has completed processing.

Your payment is still considered timely, as long as submitted no later than April 18.
