Not sure how to deduct food costs for my restaurant. Do i enter them as supplies or cost of goods sold?

Your food costs go in Cost of Goods Sold as it is the "product" you sell..  Supplies would be napkins, plates, utensils, and other similar items needed to "operate" your business.
