How can I check the activity in my TurboTax account?
The Account Activity page lists events related to your account. You’ll find details on when your account was accessed and what device was used. Also, emails from us are listed along with the reason we sent them.
To review your Account Activity page, follow these steps:
- Click My Account.
- From the drop-down menu, select Account Settings.
- On the Account Settings screen, select the Security tab.
- Click View on the Account Activity line.
If you notice any suspicious activity, select Change your password to reset devices at the bottom of the page.
Changing your password makes sure you’re the only one that can access your account, and for an additional layer of security, you can enable two-step verification.
