Where do i enter 1031 exchange sale of rental property on my tax return and I paid all the closing costs, will i be able to claim those costs

A 1031 exchange is reported on form 8824, and if you have taxable capital gain, it will flow to form 4797 before flowing to page 1 of your 1040.  Enter in Wage / Income >> Sale of Business Property >> Like kind exchange.  The closing costs get figured into the calculation.
