If i wasn't able to pay my federal last years does it get taken out of my federal return this year?

last year i was going threw bankruptcy i wasn't able to make a payment plan to pay taxes for 2015, and i just finished mine for 2016 will it be taken out of my 2016 federal return to pay off last years that i owe

The IRS will deduct any amount you owe them from this year's refund which is called an offset. You also do not need to enter this anywhere in your return.
