How do i deduct a re-payment on unemployment insurance overpayment benefits i made in 2016?

Please take the steps below to enter in your unemployment repayment. Please note: There are two different places to enter repayment of 2016 unemployment and for repayment of 2015 or prior unemployment. Please read the questions in the interview carefully.

1)    Sign into TurboTax Online

2)    Click Taxes > Tax Timeline > Take me to my return.

4)    Click on Federal Taxes tab (Personal depending on version)

5)    Click on Wages & Income tab (Personal Income depending on version)

6)    Show all income and scroll down to Unemployment, click Show More to expand the list.

7)    Click Start next to Unemployment and paid family leave.

😎    If you received unemployment in 2016 answer Yes to the question, Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits on a 1099-G in 2016? Continue through the interview. You will be asked about the 2016 unemployment you repaid. (screenshot attached) Continue through the entire interview, you will be asked about any 2015 or prior year repayments made in 2016. (screenshot attached)

If you didn't receive unemployment in 2016 answer No to the question, Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits on a 1099-G in 2016Continue through the interview and you will be asked only about any 2015 or prior year repayments made in 2016.
