Can I change from mail to e-filing? I did it for NY state because they require e-filing but did't want to file immediately and the system now only shows return via mail

I wanted to mail both returns but it looks like NY state requires e-filing. Because it needs to be filed after federal, I didn't want to file it yet. I saved and signed out before e-fling it but when I logged in again the system shows "file via mail" for both and it doesn't look like it saved it. Is it possible to change it again to e-fling at this point?

As long as you haven't sent out the mail yet, you can change your filing method. There is a helpful FAQ with all the information you'll need to be able to do that right here:
