I have an insurance business that operates as a C corp. I have received some 1099s with my SSN rather than my EIN. Can I still claim these as C corp income?

The C corp pays all the rent, utilities, etc. for the business.  This is definitely the C corp's income.

Yes, you would claim these as C Corporation income. You do not have to report those on your individual tax return. However, I would save them for your records in case the IRS has a question.

Would I need to claim them personally and expense them to the C Corporation, as to show that I did not just disregard this income.  It just seems that if the IRS looks at the 1099 with my SSN, they will expect it to be shown somewhere on my return, even though it should have been my C Corporation's EIN.

You could do that as well. That would probably lead to a better paper trail. And you wouldn't need to provide a 1099 to the C-corp either.
