I recieved a form from the irs to send for 1095 A and 8962,but my tax preparer said I don't need to send anything bc they will check online. Should i listen to him???

It is never a good idea to ignore a letter from the IRS.

If they have requested additional information from you, you should provide it as quickly as you are able to do so (especially if you are expecting a refund).  The IRS most likely will not check online to get the information that they have requested from you.

Turbo Tax told us to send in a document and we did this caused our return to be delayed and now TTax is billing is for there premium service and we're still waiting for refund because of those papers they had us send in. IRS said to never send in papers unless they tell you to.
Can't believe they want  money for bad advice!
