I pay quarterly self employment taxes as an individual. Is there anything I am required to setup throughout the year for my business taxes?

If your small business is a sole proprietorship (schedule C), or you file income from passthrough businesses (partnership or s-corporation), the business income taxes are paid on your personal return.  There is no separate estimate payment requirement for the business.

If the business is a c corporation, then it may have estimated tax requirements.

Since you have subcontractors and no employees, you also do not have any employment tax filing requirements.  If your business collects sales taxes, you may have a filing requirement with your state throughout the year.
