My husband made $20241.50 for the year and his federal withholding tax was only $600.95. Is this amount correct? He claimed the two of us on his taxes and was wondering did they take enough out or was he suppose to claim 1 or 0 on his taxes? It's kind of confusing please help.

Yikes!  You posted your husbands personal information and SSN on that W2...Ive removed it for your security.

Look at the top portion of that W2, is there a solid blue area?  It may show what he is claiming on his W4.  Sounds like he has too many allowances claimed and they're not withholding enough money.

Its best to look at your paycheck stubs to see whats actually being withheld....then if you see that hardly any withholding is coming out early in the year, you can make changes with the employer before the end of the year.
